It is a single component waterborne metal protector that creates an immunity against corrosion.
How does Corrosion Cure works?
The material penetrates into the metal at a rate of 500 microns per month and as a result the metal becomes immune from rust. It has anti corrosive properties and acts as an oxygen scavenger that penetrates metal substrates, replacing oxygen molecules thus prevents corrosion from recurring.
Corrosion Cure can be used without blasting or grinding
One of the major advantages of Corrosion Cure is that it does not require any special surface preparation, just a simple power wash. It can be applied directly on adherent rust remaining on the surface as well as damp surfaces for both interior and exterior use.
Corrosion Cure penetration of metal
In just 4 days it has penetrated 45 micron and in 7 days it has fully penetrated the metal. It can be applied using brushes, rollers, spray guns and airless spray systems.

Requires a very thin layer, compatible with galvanic metal and painted steel. After 3,600 hours in salty atmosphere there is no change in mechanical properties.
